Roman Popadiuk

Roman Popadiuk Roman Popadiuk () (born May 30, 1950) served as the first United States Ambassador to Ukraine under George H.W. Bush, from 1992 to 1993. From 1999–2012, he served as the Executive Director of the George Bush Presidential Library Foundation at Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas.
